Throughout the academic year, BEAM organizes a wide range of social and fun activities designed for our biomedical engineering students. Some of these events have become true BEAM traditions, returning year after year - such as our Belgian Evening, the lively Cocktail Night, and the always-popular Quiz. Other activities change from year to year, keeping things fresh and exciting. Past examples include boxing initiations, team-building events, ice skating outings, and even festivities like the Zwijnaardse Feesten.

These activities are at the heart of what BEAM stands for: bringing students together. While classes and coursework don’t always leave much time for socializing, our events create the perfect setting for students to relax, meet new people, and build friendships that last a lifetime.
